Construction workers, who are members of the Building Trade Unions, gathered in attendance at annual memorial Mass held at Saint Patrick's Cathedral on Thursday April 28, 2016. The Mass was held to Honor the 17 fallen victims of construction accidents that occurred in New York City in 2015. The figure is derived from records maintained by the office of Occupational Safety and Health Administration. It represents an increase from the eight fatalities in 2014.

In addition, the number of injuries at construction sites in 2015 rose to 472, which is twice as many as the previous year when 237 workers were hurt.

The Trial Lawyers at Keogh Crispi, PC, have successfully represented construction workers and their families in order to recover substantial monetary compensation for serious injuries on jobsites. We continue in our efforts to push for better safety measures to protect those employed in the Construction industry.
