Attorney Pat Crispi Recognized In New York Magazine

On behalf of Pat Crispi at Keogh Crispi PC

(NEW YORK, NY) September, 2011 - Attorney Pat James Crispi of New York personal injury law firm Keogh Crispi, P.C. was recognized by New York Magazine for securing one of the city's largest personal injury verdicts of 2010. Crispi was listed in the magazine's June "Top 2010 Verdicts & Settlements" section, also published in the New York Law Journal, for a $4.5 million settlement in the construction accident case of Migliaccio v. 808 Columbus LLC and Gotham Construction Co., LLC.

Crispi represented plaintiff Frederick Migliaccio, a construction worker who was injured when a large section of rock became dislodged from an excavating site and crushed his right foot. Keogh Crispi was able to gather evidence which demonstrated that Migliaccio was asked to perform his duties in a location that was to close the heavy duty excavation machinery in violation of the applicable safety codes. Consequently, the Construction Management Company and the Property owner/developer could be held responsible under the law.

Crispi and the firm were also featured in a full-page display that highlighted the firm's commitment to preparation and quality client service.

New York Magazine and the New York Law Journal publish New York's Top Verdicts & Settlements as part of their Personal Injury Litigators 2011 section, which highlights the most accomplished personal injury attorneys in the New York Metropolitan area.
